How to drip aclimatise a fish.
When you have a large water parameter change between the fish you have just bought to your tank, or temperature difference, you can slowly accustom fish to the new water via a drip.
Place an airline into the tank, and the other end into the bag.
To slow down the flow of water you can either use a clothes peg.
Or a air flow adjustment tap (works with water too) fitted to the airline.
This will give you a nice slow steady flow of water to aclimatise your new fish.
