Breeding 'Red Head' Tapajos Geophagus Empty Breeding 'Red Head' Tapajos Geophagus

Hi all,

In the tank in the office we have a breeding pair of F1 Red head geo's. They spawn occasionally but have never kept any fry.

Here they are;

Breeding 'Red Head' Tapajos Geophagus 8cd7e4c4
Breeding 'Red Head' Tapajos Geophagus F154721b

One of my colleagues said they were fed up of seeing batch after batch get eaten and asked if there was anything I could do to save them. It wasn't easy but we set up a floating container and caught the parents just before they released the fry and collected the fry into the container.

This was about 2 weeks ago and since then they have gone from strength to strength. They were moved to larger accommodation this morning so thought I'd share some pics.
