I am over the moon that after moving Minty & Bisto to a larger tank I found some fry left in their old tank, I thought they had eaten them all again, so fingers crossed they grow up Smile

Do cac fry grow at different rates from each other???. I have a feeling that because Minty bred so quickly after her last spawn that there is a couple left over, there seems to be 2 fry much larger than the others, by a couple of weeks?? unless some do grow quicker than others.

Our pebas fry are from the same batch but one is huge compared to the other 3. Not sure if it's the same for cacs?

Definately 2 batches by the look, there are 6 tiny ones that I knew of when I moved the adults, and 3 much larger Smile

The 3 large ones are doing fantastic, they all 3 look female though, I am hoping I can move them soon, not sure yet weather to just put them in with the parents again now they are older. Sadly from the 6 I added I only seem to be able to find 1 and that looks female too!

Typical that eh.

If there's space for them to make their own and hide in i'd say try introducing them in *shrug*
