It had a background siliconed to it, so all the algae and lord knows what else was behind it.

After a bit of elbow grease its clean Smile (I wouldnt go to bed till I finished)

Its stunning, next to no scratches, I found just 1 on the front, its tiny and a few on the back where the gravel was removed Smile

I am really pleased with it, 3 sponges with scrubbers killed, 1/4 bottle of vinigar about 4 hours and a broken thumbnail lol

And now filled with water and fish Smile. I just cant decide on the background, none of the ones I have suit how I have scaped it, I am thinking just a sheet of brown paper.

Apart from the lone neon all the fish are orange lol, metae, bisto cacs, glowlights and rummy nose, just need and orangy coloured group of small corys lol

I know you collected the branches yourself, but what type are they? Alder or oak? Or something else?

These are alder twigs with the bark left on, I used alder in my other 180 too, I have to say I really like the alder branches. Praying for a storm so some more get blown down lol.
